Bizuu – spring/summer 2018

2018-02-09 Bizuu – spring/summer 2018

The Bizzu brand, created by sisters Blanka Jordan and Zuzanna Wachowiak, has been present on the Polish market since 2010. With its girly, original projects being its signature elements basically since the very beginning, it is sure to satisfy every thoughtful and romantic girl. February 7 was the premiere of their latest collection for spring/ summer 2018 held at the Prague Printing House.

What makes the collection stand out from previous brand proposals? More decisive colors, more and more fanciful combinations and exotic prints. It is consistently addressed to fashion-conscious and daring women who are not afraid of bold combinations, for whom modern classics also mean strong color and original pattern.

The show opened with blood-red and intensely pink silhouettes, which were later joined by bottled green, white and expressive blue, ending in shades of crimson and purple after spiraling through this maze of the Amazonian jungle.
Both the faithful fans of the brand, who have fallen in love with its powder pink colors and big ruffles, as well as the fans of new products, who this season attracts with original prints and transparent silks, will find something for themselves in the latest designs of Jordan and Wachowiak. As for the materials, the sisters, as usual, have set the highest quality, using fabrics from Italy and France, such as satin, muslin, silks and delicate lace, as well as wool, mohair, or angora.

But that’s not all. For women who particularly love rock and roll, the designers have prepared a capsule collection of BIZUUxThe Rolling Stones, which has become another (next to Powerpuff Girls and Barbie), distinct romance of the brand with pop culture. Badges with characteristic language, embroidery, sequin motives, as well as a palette of intense colors associated with Mick Jagger and the company has contributed to the rock & roll feel of the collection.

Given the fact that it was the first spring show this year, it was airy, girly, but also edgy. Will this be the next Polish streetwear in a few weeks? We’ll find out soon. For now, we congratulate the girls on their successful start in 2018!
Of course, this event couldn’t be what it was without the light, sparkling Cisowianka Perlage, a long-time partner of Polish the Polish fashion world.
